For over 40 years, Dr. Leslie Kasanoff has been empowering mid-life and older women to reclaim their health, cut through medical misinformation, and take back control of their bodies and minds.

Frustrated by the limitations of conventional medicine, she spent 25 years in chiropractic practice, helping patients restore their health through natural, whole-body care. Then, seeking to deepen her expertise, she pursued additional certifications in wellness and life coaching—expanding her knowledge in diet, lifestyle, and nutrition while honing her skills to empower and inspire others. Through this work, she helps women dig deep, uncover their innermost desires, and use that clarity as a driving force to create a life of vitality, strength, and purpose.
